What is Self-Sabotage?
"Self-sabotage is any behavior that unconsciously holds you back from achieving your full potential for greatness, happiness, or prosperity. It often shows up in the form of addictions, poor health, or constant 'busyness' and chaos, creating a cycle of frustration and stagnation."

If you struggle with chronic self-sabotage, it’s not your fault—you’ve been conditioned and programmed this way, often without even realizing it. Despite your best efforts, you might find yourself in a cycle of starting new fitness routines, committing to healthier habits, trying to improve your finances, or vowing to avoid negative relationships, only to end up back where you started months or even years later. It’s as if a part of you is programmed to keep things exactly the same, blocking real progress and change.

My mission is to guide you in breaking free from these deeply ingrained patterns/cycles and stepping into an empowered, abundant life where real transformation is not just possible, but inevitable!
My Process
I send you an in-depth questionnaire that’s written in a way where it will expose your personal self sabotaging behaviours and belief systems.
After you fill out the questionnaire, I’ll send you a selection of short videos to watch, which will aid in our coaching session.
Once the questionnaire is filled out and the videos watched, we are then ready to meet one on one for our coaching sessions via zoom. We engage together for two 1.5 hour sessions, one week apart. Plus three follow up calls. However, I am your coach for life, always here to support, listen, and guide you whenever you need.
