I'm Corrie Bignell. 
The Unregistered Nurse!

I'm here to support your growth across your physical, mental, emotional, financial, and spiritual dimensions.

So I've always taken the hard road. Always! I was a single mom at age 16, to a wonderful daughter who is now 29! I became a nurse in my late 20’s, and finally thought I had it all figured out. Good career, purchased my first home. I was set for life, or so I thought. Just after I purchased my home, I had Gabriel who completed my amazing, unique, wee family. Again I was on my own, just the three of us. It was tough, but I made it work the best I could. I tried to fit in, do all the “normal things” hockey mom, nice home, stable career, and worked tirelessly for my beloved pension that seemed decades in the future. I always prioritized fitness, I even achieved my goals of competing in figure competitions.  Thankfully, my dedication to fitness kept me sane all those years and now it is my biggest asset! Little did I know I was living in the rat race which is also called 'The Matrix'.  It was killing me slowly. I was programmed to think this was how life was meant to be. Stressed, over worked, in debt, over consuming, living with toxins, with very little enjoyment. 


What is Self-Sabotage?

Self-sabotage is any behaviour by which a person actively inhibits or destroys their own potential for greatness, happiness or prosperity without understanding why they’re doing it. Often it manifests as various addictions, ill health or different forms of perpetual “busyness” or chaos.

The chronic self-saboteur is involved in constant cycles of try and fail, with very little positive headway to show for their efforts.


They may join a gym, start a diet, commit to address an unhealthy addiction or promise themselves never to date or marry “another person like that again” etc but the saboteur ends up right back where they started, several months or even years later. The saboteur constantly starts fires in their own life, without seeing the patterns or understanding the solutions.


It’s almost like the saboteur is programmed to be the exact same person, to act the same way, to have the same income, to never get ahead and to have the exact same life they’ve always had regardless of how hard they try to change.

I send you an in-depth questionnaire that’s written in a way where it will expose your personal self sabotaging behaviours and belief systems.

Eating better tips

After you fill out the questionnaire, I’ll send you a selection of short videos to watch, which will aid in our coaching session.

Once the questionnaire is filled out and the videos watched, we are then ready to meet one on one for our coaching calls via ZOOM. We engage together for 2 x 1.5-2.0 hour calls, 1 week apart.
