SHIVAMBHU
Ancient Wisdom • Modern Wellness
Shivambhu is an ancient self-care practice rooted in traditions that date back centuries. Also known as urotherapy, the practice invites us to become curious about the body, our relationship with wellness, and wisdom that existed long before modern medicine and the wellness industry.
For me, Shivambhu represents something even deeper: personal sovereignty, curiosity, and a willingness to question what we have been taught.
It is not about blindly following another person’s beliefs. It is about learning, exploring, asking questions, and making informed choices about your own body.
My Journey with
Shivambhu
My journey with Shivambhu began with one simple thing: curiosity.
Instead of dismissing something because it challenged what I had been taught, I decided to learn.
For more than two years, I have personally explored Shivambhu, studied its traditional practices and philosophy, and continued to deepen my understanding of this ancient approach to wellness.
Exactly 21 years after having my thyroid removed—I received an Honorary Doctorate in Urotherapy and I am prescription free.
The symbolism of that date is not lost on me.
Twenty-one years ago, my relationship with my body changed forever. Today, I find myself exploring wellness through an entirely different lens—one rooted in curiosity, personal responsibility, ancient wisdom, and a profound respect for the human body.
Shivambhu has become part of that evolution.
And I am still learning.

Exploring Shivambhu
With Me
You do not have to be ready to practise Shivambhu to become curious about it.
Sometimes the first step is simply having a conversation.
My Shivambhu guidance is designed to provide a respectful, judgment-free space where you can learn about the practice, understand its traditional approaches, ask the questions you may not feel comfortable asking anywhere else, and decide for yourself whether any aspect of it resonates with you.
I share from my education, personal experience, and ongoing study while encouraging you to remain the authority over your own choices.
This work is about exploration—not pressure.
Come curious.
Come skeptical.
Come with questions.
You decide what happens next.
