It has also given me the writing bug. For those of you who know me, or have followed me for some time, you may know that I have lived quite the life thus far. I have been through mountains of ups and downs which all led me to this moment in time where I finally feel like I have Un-F*cked my life.

I became a teenage Mom, to my beautiful daughter Taylor, at 16 years old.. Before it was trendy enough to become a reality show. I was the Queen of Self Sabotage in every aspect of my life. At age 27, I was diagnosed with cancer while in nursing school. This was a sign from the universe to slow the F down, which I ignored. Once I graduated nursing school, I thought I had it all figured out. I was single & pregnant with my awesome son, Gabriel, bought my first home, which was the Bignell family home, 23 Ash Street. I was doing everything 'normal' I was happy to keep up with the Jones, living on the hamster wheel. And then..... 2020 hit. And well, the universe presented me with the gift of awakening. The universe also offered me a choice, the Blue Pill - I could stay in the matrix, keep living the 'normie' life or the Red Pill -Leap into the unknown, Break generational patterns, become a sovereign human and live a life full of health, wealth and abundance.

I literally had no idea what the F*ck I was doing, but I chose the Red Pill. I trusted my gut feeling, my intuition. And well, here I am writing a blog for you awesome humans!

In the past 2.5 years, I left everything I knew to be 'normal'. I bought a home by the pacific ocean, I am debt free, I have met the love of my life, I have traveled to countries I had only ever dreamed about and created an online business. I am in the greatest physical shape of my life, and I finally feel like I am pursuing the mission I was sent to earth to complete.

Our lives are packed with challenges that make us stornger and tougher. Growth does not happen without pain. I appreciate every struggle I have faced as it has shaped the woman I have become today. I strongly believe that the universe puts road blocks in our lives to guide us on our journey to greatness. As a wise man (Keith, the love of my life) once told me, "the universe always conspires for us" At times it may not feel this way, but we need to be open to the signs, live in the present and TRUST that the universe has our backs, always!

My mission in life right now is to help others find their journey towards greatness and true power! Trust me when I say, YOU ARE DESERVING OF A LIFE THAT MAKES YOU TRULY HAPPY, YOU ARE WORTHY OF A LIFE OF ABUNDANCE. IT IS YOUR BIRTHRIGHT! Your body and mind are incredibly powerful. It is time for you to tap into that power. It's time for you to remember! YOU'VE GOT THE POWER!
